1. Acceptance

By creating an account on IRELAND™ you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use IRELAND™.

2. Actions — Free Monthly Limit

Actions are not currency and have no monetary value. They are a free monthly product limit automatically granted to every account. You receive 10 Actions every month at no cost — no payment, no credit card required. Actions reset monthly and do not carry over. Unused Actions expire at the end of each monthly cycle.

3. What Actions Cost

Items in the IRELAND™ catalog are redeemed using Actions: Blind Bags = 1 Action · White Board Books = 2 Actions · Bundles = 3–5 Actions. Orders are fulfilled in-person — show your digital receipt to a IRELAND™ rep to redeem.

4. Athlete Support

You may donate Actions from your monthly balance to support athletes in the INDY Fan pool. Donated Actions are irreversible. Rewards are fulfilled by IRELAND™ at sole discretion once a goal is reached and may be modified or substituted.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. By registering you confirm you meet this requirement.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: create fake accounts, manipulate action counts through automated means, harass other users or athletes, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

7. Content

IRELAND™ may display athlete and user-generated content. You grant IRELAND™ a non-exclusive license to use any content you post on the platform.

8. Modifications

IRELAND™ reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

IRELAND™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction without regard to conflict of law provisions.
